Hi, I am Kerrie Ann Williams. I am from the beautiful island of Jamaica, located in the Caribbean. I fell in love with tourism at a very young age. I am from the parish of Portland, which is popularly known as the most beautiful parish on the island - and this is where my love for tourism began.

I have been in the tourism/ hospitality industry for over 25 years and have worked in several positions both in Jamaica and North America. The positions are as follows: Island Supervisor for MLT North West World Vacations located in Minneapolis, Minnesota (USA); Regional Business Development Manager for Caribic Vacations (Jamaica), Product/ Sales & Marketing/ Office Manager at Tourwise Vacations Ltd. (Jamaica), Assessor TPDCO (Tourism Product Development Company) and Lecturer at Western Hospitality Institute (Jamaica).

I enjoy working in this industry and most of all I love meeting people. I believe in customer excellence as well as internal and external customer service. I am passionate about teaching, sharing my experiences and learning about the different cultures of my students.

I enjoy baking Jamaican pastries (such as Christmas cakes), walking on the beach and nature itself.
