Charrisma Travel - COORDINATOR, CORPORATE TRAVEL

We are looking for a Corporate Travel Coordinator. This position is best suited for an individual with 0 prior to 1 year experience. This new role would primarily assist our corporate travel department with support in several areas.

The suitable candidate will bring their passion for travel and ability to provide excellent customer service to clients.

Responsibilities:

- Liaise with suppliers to book, change and assist with the overall management of corporate travel

- Assist senior team members with various aspect of the corporate booking and management process

- Support corporate ticketing departments

- Act as an ambassador for the company, building relationships with customers, suppliers and growing your professional network.

- Other duties as required

Qualifications:

- 0 to 1 year travel industry experience

- Experience with Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Word, Outlook)

- Previous Sabre experience would be an added bonus

- Ability to work and learn in a fast-paced environment

- Great time management and organizational skills

- Exceptional communicator and team player

This position will be hybrid, with a mix of work-from-home and in-office. This job is open to candidates anywhere in Canada.

The job offers a full-time salary starting at $45,000.00 annually with full health benefits and is hybrid in-office/ work from home. We would require this individual to be in office 3 days a week.
