Senior Discovery Tours - Receptionists / Reservation Agents

Senior Discovery Tours is inviting students from Seneca School of Hospitality and Tourism to apply for this role!

This role does not require any airline ticketing and is more focused on dealing with clients.

Receptionists / Reservation Agents - (Salary negotiable, approx. $37,500):

• Must have great communication, administrative and customer service skills.

• Responsibilities will include taking client calls and walk-ins, counselling on our tours, booking clients, qualifying for insurance, processing client payments, sending out invoices and brochures, filing, etc.

• Positions are in the office 9 am – 5 pm, Monday to Friday (one-hour lunch break)

• 3 weeks holidays
