My experience is deeply routed in the airline sales industry having worked for 30 years for Canadian, U.S. and European airlines, including Air Canada, Delta Air Lines, KLM Royal Dutch Airlines, Northwest Airlines and WestJet Airlines. Early roles include managing a travel agency sales territory and large TMC's (Travel Management Companies), national and global corporate sales, corporate sales strategy, sales analytics, incentive agreement development, legal/contracting, and alliance sales. Senior management roles include leading & merging several national sales teams, developing & leading new foreign points of sale teams in Europe, Central America and Asia, and after deciding to leave the airline side, assuming the President role for a major Canadian tour operator.
