Canada’s Wonderland Associate Services Assistant

Overview:

Provide ongoing guest service at the front counter and over the phone; respond to inquiries and resolve issues for associates, parents and other guests. This position requires candidates to be available for full time hours starting now.

This position pays $17.00 per hour.

How You'll Make A Difference:

• Provide ongoing guest service over the counter and over the phone; respond to inquiries for associates, parents, and other guests

• Complete onboarding processing duties including: preparing associate uniform files; taking photo I.D. pictures and printing Security Access Cards; assembling and distributing and/or selling uniforms

• Perform other Associate Services duties including: loaning uniform items; signing in returned items; laundry, sales transactions; promotional pass distribution; outdoor locker area and change room maintenance; front counter, foyer and patio maintenance; and aisle & file maintenance

• Perform daily opening and closing duties which include disinfecting all high-touch surfaces

• Assist with payroll- related duties such as: paycheque distribution; responding to general payroll inquiries; assisting associates with setting up direct deposit, and assisting with general Kronos inquiries

• Assist with uniform inventory by maintaining cleanliness and organization of stock and advising supervisory team of low stock

• Assist with other duties as required

We're Looking For:

• Candidates must be a minimum age of 18 years of age

• Previous guest service related experience is an asset

• Superior verbal and written communication skills

• Demonstrate a professional manner

• Proven ability to meet deadlines and work both independently and on a team

• Detail-oriented, highly organized and self-motivated

• Able to work flexible shifts including evenings and on weekends

• Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel in addition to data entry skills is an asset

• Able to wear personal protective equipment deemed necessary to perform this job safely (may include gloves, mask and/or face shield, non-slip shoes etc.)
