Group Coordinator - Hola Sun
Hola Sun the leading Tour Operator for CUBA is currently seeking a dynamic person to join our team as a Group Coordinator. We are looking for sales-oriented candidates with excellent customer service abilities. The ideal candidate should be a team player, self-motivated and able to multi-task. A travel and Tourism diploma is required, and travel industry experience is an asset.

FULL TIME OPPORTUNITY GROUP COORDINATOR
Qualifications:
•TICO certification
•Diploma in Travel and Tourism
•Travel industry experience is an asset
•Strong knowledge in TTS or Logitours is a must
•Strong organization and communication skills
•Competency in MS Office an asset
•Must be able to meet strict deadlines and work under pressure
•Ability to work independently, self-motivated, and able to multi-task
•Available to work mornings, afternoons, Saturdays, and overtime when needed
Description of Duties:
•Assist the Sales & Marketing Director on any matters to promote the products and services offered to increase sales
•Apply skills to increase group sales
•Reserve and update all group bookings in the system
•Complete all group inquires and reservations from Travel Agents
•Market the full portfolio of products and services to generate new group business
•Assist existing accounts and work in the development of new accounts
•Respond to Travel Agents group quote requests promptly
•Timely follow-up on leads generated through telephone calls, agency visits, faxes, or emails
•Respond to Travel Agents inquiries about the portfolio of products and services
•Work with the Sales Representatives on any group inquiries
•Work with Operations for air seat and hotel inventory for Groups Booking
•Handle group changes for existing group files as per Terms and Conditions
•Back up other departments as required
