Reservation Agent - Hola Sun

Hola Sun the leading Tour Operator for CUBA is currently seeking a dynamic person to join our team as a full-time reservation agent. We are looking for sales-oriented candidates with excellent customer service abilities. The ideal candidate should be a team player, self motivated and able to multi-task. Travel and Tourism diploma is required, and travel industry experience is an asset.

Hola Sun offers comprehensive Cuba products for all travellers, catering to different tastes, budgets, and needs and we provide training to promote and sell our amazing products. Over the past 30 years, we continue to enrich our collection of good value and fun-filled vacations for Canadians to enjoy the wonderful island of Cuba. Throughout the years all our Cuban destinations have continued to develop, featuring new resorts and amenities for tourists.

FULL TIME OPPORTUNITY FOR A RESERVATION AGENT

Qualifications:

• TICO certification

• Diploma in Travel and Tourism

• Travel industry experience is an asset

Description of Duties:

• Provide an excellent standard of customer service

• Assist travel agents and direct clients regarding reservations, changes and inquiries

• Provide information about the products we offer

• Available to work mornings, afternoons, Saturdays and also overtime when needed

• Issue electronic and printed documents for passengers traveling with Hola Sun

• Team Player, self motivated and able to multi-task

• Sirev/TTS knowledge is an asset

• Assist direct clients who want to book on our website
